The Data and Intelligence Office plays a crucial role both in terms of managing the underlying data as well as providing analytical capabilities to the business and control functions of the bank. About the Role We are seeking a talented and driven Generative AI Engineer (m/f/d) to join our growing AI team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge generative models that power intelligent applications across our business. You'll work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to bring innovative AI solutions to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement generative models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, GANs) for real-world applications.
- Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models using proprietary datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI into products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in generative AI.
- Ensure model safety, fairness, and compliance with ethical AI standards.
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Hands-on experience with generative models such as GPT, BERT, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, or similar.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with MLOps tools and practices.
- Solid understanding of NLP, computer vision, or multimodal learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field preferred.
