Your Mission
As an Inside Sales Manager, you are more than an order processor – you are a trusted partner for our clients and an essential connector across internal teams. You will take responsibility for complex tasks, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure smooth operations while maintaining precision and professionalism. You will actively support Key Account Managers in client acquisition and drive the development of long-lasting relationships with international customers. This is a role for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys challenging and multifaceted tasks, and is motivated to shape processes and client relationships actively.


  • Manage and develop a defined international customer portfolio
  • Handle the full order lifecycle: from intake, quotations, and pricing to contracts, invoicing, and post-sale support
  • Communicate proactively with clients via email, phone, and occasionally in-person
  • Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Laboratory, and Refining to ensure flawless order execution
  • Support strategic client development, market analyses, and opportunity assessments
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and contribute to process improvements
  • Identify and solve operational challenges with creativity and pragmatism

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in Business, Economics, or related field
  • Several years of experience in sales support, order management, or customer-facing roles, ideally in technical or industrial sectors
  • Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
  • Exceptional numerical, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Curiosity, initiative, and confidence to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to navigate complex situations professionally
