SprintRay Europe GmbH is a fast-growing, innovation-driven company operating across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). We specialize in providing high-quality 3D printing solutions for the dental industry and are expanding rapidly. To support this growth, we are transforming our order management team into a proactive Sales Support organization and are looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Support Team Leader (f/m/d) to guide this transformation.
As Sales Support Team Leader, you will functionally lead a team responsible for supporting sales activities that are not directly handled in the field. Your role is critical to ensuring smooth operations, high-quality communication, and a seamless customer experience - primarily for our dealers and distributors across the region.
You will manage and optimize processes, support the Area Sales team, and serve as the key point of contact for order-related topics. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to explore automation and new technologies to drive efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Support team across the EMEA region
- Support customer onboarding in coordination with Sales and Finance
- Maintain customer data in the ERP system
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to internal and external stakeholders
- Support Area Sales with quotations and sales-related queries
- Serve as primary contact for order confirmations, delivery updates, and invoice inquiries
- Oversee the entire Order-to-Cash process, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Proactively communicate with distributors and sales teams on order status, shipments, and backorders
- Handle invoice discrepancies, complaints, and product returns using approved systems
- Collaborate with Finance on account creation and credit management
- Coordinate with the Fulfillment team on logistics for shipments and returns
- Drive efficiency in customer communication channels (email, chat, phone
- Commercial education or relevant university degree
- Proven experience in a customer-focused administrative role
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with ERP and ticketing systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach
