Are you a finance professional who thrives on bringing accuracy and efficiency to accounting operations? Our Finance team is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable Accountant to help maintain financial integrity across our global operations. You'll be at the heart of our financial processes, ensuring smooth transactions while contributing to process improvements that impact our entire organization. How you'll make an impact:
- Prepare and review routine month-end and quarter-end closing tasks and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
- Execute and review routine monthly and quarterly SOX controls to maintain financial integrity
- Process and review customer and vendor related tasks, handling complex requirements with minimal supervision
- Suggest improvements to the accounts receivable and payable end-to-end processes, contributing to greater efficiency
- Find solutions for operational accounts payable and receivable problems, working independently to resolve complex issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to improve operational processes between units
What you'll need to thrive:
- Strong accounting knowledge with experience in accounts payable and receivable processes
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work within broad guidelines with minimal oversight
- Problem-solving skills to independently address complex financial challenges
- Experience with financial controls and reconciliation processes
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to train entry-level talents and review their work for accuracy
