Technical responsibility in development projects in the field of Intraocular Lenses (IOL)

Responsibility for the technical support of existing products throughout their entire lifecycle and assistance with approval in international markets

Evaluation of product requirements and creation of specifications in collaboration with product management

Implementation of your ideas into successful products in close collaboration with the project manager and within an interdisciplinary team consisting of development, product management, regulatory and clinical affairs, engineering, and purchasing

You possess an excellent degree in physics, mechanical engineering, medical technology, or a related field with a focus on optics and optical technologies

You have demonstrated your ability to experiment with new ideas and solutions, both theoretically and practically, for example during a PhD

You exhibit outstanding analytical and conceptual abilities, with a structured and goal-oriented approach to problem-solving

You display a high level of creativity, self-initiative, and a willingness to take responsibility

You have hands-on experience with optical experiments and measuring devices

Ideally, you possess knowledge of an optical design software, such as Zemax
-
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, and enjoy collaborating in an international team. German language skills are advantageous
