As an intern, you won't just observe this change, you'll be part of it. You'll step into the center of strategic project management, gaining first-hand insight into how large-scale vehicle programs are developed and brought to life. Collaborating with experts across multiple disciplines, you'll witness how strategic decisions are made and contribute directly to projects that shape the future of mobility. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll not only build key skills in communication, structured problem-solving, and strategic thinking, but also gain a unique perspective on how innovation is driven within a global automotive leader that defines excellence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Support strategic project leads in preparing decision materials for top management, gaining a real understanding of how major business decisions are shaped
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and help drive key project topics forward, developing hands-on experience in managing complex stakeholder interactions
Plan, facilitate and follow up on workshops and committee meetings, sharpening your organizational and communication skills in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment
Prepare reports and decision documents that feed directly into development committees and leadership, strengthening your analytical and presentation capabilities
Take ownership of dedicated projects, learning to solve problems independently and make a visible contribution to strategic outcomes
Ensure smooth collaboration across departments and international locations, experiencing how global teamwork drives innovation
Contribute as a valued team member in a high-performing environment and experience the pulse of a premium automotive brand from the inside
The activity can begin from March/April 2026.
Studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, economics or a related field
Confident communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
A genuine interest in project management, strategic topics and automotive innovation
An affinity for the automotive industry, ideally with first practical experience in project work or product development
Experience in automotive development or project management is a plus
A strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and reliability
A high degree of independence, initiative, and structured working style
Strong team and communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Please note that your internship at this location must be mandatory.
