A job that inspires

  • Ownership of our global engagement platform: You will take responsibility for YourVoice, E.ON's global employee feedback platform (Workday Peakon). In this role, you ensure smooth survey operations, high data quality, compliance with internal standards, and strong adoption across the E.ON Group

  • Survey development and improvement: You continuously enhance our surveys to reflect organizational needs, ensuring that the design and methodology provide meaningful insights and impact the employee experience positively

  • Co-creating our engagement strategy: Together with the Employee Engagement team and senior experts, you shape our engagement approach by combining scientific insights, business knowledge, and research to strengthen a feedback-driven culture

  • Collaboration across the HR organization: You work closely with our global People (HR) teams and external partners to align platform development with business needs, implement improvements, and share best practices across E.ON

  • Turning data into insights: You transform employee feedback and engagement data into clear, actionable insights. You create meaningful reports for different audiences and communicate results in an understandable, business-relevant way

  • Training and support: You identify training needs, provide learning sessions, maintain guidance materials, and act as the main contact for technical and functional questions - ensuring confident use of the platform throughout the organization


A convincing background

You use your technological skills to create solutions that offer our customers real added value and promote long-term relationships.

You recognize yourself in the following points:

  • Educational background: You hold a degree in psychology, business psychology, organizational psychology or a related field

  • Engagement and survey expertise: You have strong knowledge of employee engagement and survey methodologies, ideally in international or matrixed organizations

  • Data proficiency: You use tools such as Excel, dashboards and reporting platforms confidently to analyze and visualize data with accuracy

  • Collaboration and training experience: You work effectively with IT and external vendors and have experience in designing and delivering training and support

  • Strategic and research-driven mindset: You apply research and best practices to continuously improve engagement strategies and support a strong feedback culture

  • Strong communication and organizational skills: You explain insights clearly to non-technical audiences, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a structured, international environment

  • Language skills: You are fluent in both English and German, with strong verbal and written communication skill
