Shape the strategy: You develop and implement the sourcing strategy for our exclusive brand in the athleisure and accessories segment and take ownership of the entire process, from the first idea to market launch.
Drive product development: You manage every step of the product journey, ensuring that creative concepts become successful products on time and in line with our quality standards.
Build strong partnerships: You identify and evaluate potential suppliers, establish strategic relationships, and foster long-term collaboration built on trust, quality, and performance.
Negotiate with confidence: You handle price negotiations, delivery terms, and quality standards while monitoring production costs and uncovering new opportunities for optimization and savings.
Focus on quality: You coordinate sample and prototype processes, manage approvals, and ensure that all products meet our high standards, on time and with excellence.
Collaborate creatively: You work closely with our design teams to bring innovative ideas to life, combining aesthetics with commercial thinking, and stay ahead of market trends and competitors in the athleisure segment.
Improve continuously: You actively optimize sourcing processes, identify best practices, and help us make our operations even more efficient and forward-looking.
Your Educational Background: You hold a degree in Textile Management, Fashion Management, Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
Your Strengths: You bring 3-5 years of professional experience in product management or sourcing, ideally in athleisure or sportswear. You combine strong analytical thinking with solid knowledge of textile production, quality standards, and supplier management. You're skilled in costing, budgeting, and negotiations, and you navigate intercultural communication with ease.
Your Profile: You're proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (such as SAP), communicate fluently in German and very well in English, and are open to occasional travel (around 20%). Above all, You're passionate about fashion and driven by trends that define the athleisure world.
