Create fully automated workflows from image acquisition to image analysis

Collaborate with data scientists to implement hardware automation and computer vision pipelines

Control microscopes and preprocess images for object detection and segmentation

Conduct statistical analyses on the acquired image data

Enhance knowledge in deep learning models and image processing algorithms

Deepen expertise in advanced software engineering topics

Support the team in project management to see projects through from first customer contacts, solution design, implementation, to final delivery

Opportunity to develop solutions for quality labs in the pharma, manufacturing, and electronics industries

Taken classes in the fields of computer science, mathematics, physics or any other STEM subject with good programming skills

Successfully completed at least 2 years of study

Strong proficiency with Python and the scientific ecosystem (e.g. numpy, matplotlib, pandas)

Fluent English or German

Deep curiosity and willingness to dive into new subject areas
