Project Manager in Strategy & Transformation (f/d/m)

in fulltime and unlimited for our European Headquarter in Düsseldorf. We offer a hybrid workplace model (2 days office/3 days remote).


  • Strategic Project Ownership: You lead high-impact strategic projects that directly influence our corporate trajectory and long-term success.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategic Dialogue: You facilitate strategic dialogues uncovering insights into market dynamics, competitive behavior, and emerging trends.
  • Tool Enablement for High-Performance Execution: You select and implement best-in-class tools for project management and collaboration, empowering teams to deliver results with speed and precision.
  • Risk & Change Management Leadership: You steer risk and change management for critical transformation initiatives, ensuring agility and resilience in execution.
  • Stakeholder Management: You engage and align stakeholders across all levels, fostering clarity, commitment, and momentum throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Enablement: You empower cross-functional working groups, driving collaboration and knowledge-sharing across departments.
  • End-to-End M&A Leadership: You lead M&A activities, from opportunity scouting and financial modeling to due diligence, deal execution, and post-merger integration.
  • Executive-Level Communication & Presentation Design: You craft high-impact presentation materials for internal stakeholders, including Management Committee and ESLT, with clarity, consistency, and visual excellence.

  • smart? You have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in science and engineering fields or Business Administration. You have 3+ years of experience in a mix of consulting/industry roles. A project manager certification, such as Prince2, is also highly desirable but not required.
