Your Role 
 As Project Leader, you will be responsible for converting high-quality leads into successful client engagements and for independently delivering complex data-based consulting and benchmarking projects. You will establish and grow the Healthcare Data Consulting Unit by building the team, defining delivery standards, and ensuring high-quality project execution. 
You will play a key role in shaping the unit's strategic positioning and service offering within Statista Healthcare. In this capacity, you report directly to the VP Statista Healthcare and work closely with internal teams across Rankings, Ratings, Data Science, and Business Development.
Responsibilities
-  Lead complex, data-driven engagements with international healthcare stakeholders 
-  Design and own project frameworks, KPI models, scoring methodologies, and implementation roadmaps in close collaboration with the Analysis and Data Science teams 
-  Take a leading role in strategic pitches and proposal development 
-  Lead the data consulting unit, including team hiring, structure, and delivery standards 
-  Collaborate in business development activities and support selected internal strategic initiatives or data partnership efforts 
-  Foster strong internal collaboration with Statista+, especially for joint client delivery 
-  Represent Statista Healthcare externally in meetings, workshops, and events 
-  Mentor and lead consultants across the entire project lifecycle 
-  Ensure project and delivery readiness in close alignment with the Analysis and Data Science teams 
Your Profile
-  6+ years of consulting experience in strategy and data-driven projects, with a strong focus on the healthcare sector 
-  Strong experience in managing teams and strategic client engagements 
-  Expertise in healthcare performance measurement, benchmarking, or transformation programs 
-  Track record in delivering complex projects and building client relationships 
-  Excellent presentation and communication skills, including experience presenting to C-level stakeholders 
-  Willingness to travel internationally as needed for project delivery and stakeholder management 
-  Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership skills and a hands-on, delivery-driven approach 
-  Fluent in English; German is a plus
