We at Leukocare are looking for you to join our Commercial Team in Munich (part-time or full-time; remote or hybrid possible)

Leukocare AG, based in Martinsried, Germany is a biotechnology company specializing in the development of biopharmaceutical formulations. Operating at the interface of drug and product development, Leukocare combines in-depth knowledge of formulation development with bioinformatics and artificial intelligence. Leukocare's innovative best-in-class drug product formulations can be used for a wide range of modalities: Biologics & Biosimilars, Vaccines & Viral Vectors, and Biofunctionalized Devices. Currently, Leukocare employs 53 people.


  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy in alignment with BD goals; directly reporting to the Global Head of Marketing and BD.
  • Lead Generation: Plan and optimize digital campaigns (LinkedIn, email and paid media) and drive lead nurturing with BD.
  • Build customer awareness and brand authority through whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and PR.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels (website, social and events).
  • Further develop the website to generate leads and improve SEO.
  • Ensure effective use of SalesForce and HubSpot (scoring, workflows and dashboards).
  • Lead one internal direct report and manage external partners (agencies and freelancers).
  • Track key KPIs (MQLs, SQL conversion, ROI, traffic and webinar participants) and provide insights to leadership and BD.

  • Background: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Life Sciences – with proven experience in digital B2B marketing for biotech, pharma, or related industries.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Ideally three years of hands-on experience in the service industry with multi-channel campaigns, CRM management, and lead generation, ideally with HubSpot.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in HubSpot CRM and familiar with CMS platforms such as Framer or similar tools.
  • Collaboration and Vendor Management: Experienced in working with internal stakeholders and managing external providers or agencies.
  • Language and Work Style: Excellent English skills; data-driven, proactive, and able to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. German is a bonus.
