With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. HR Business Partner Germany (m/f/d)
- Business Partnering – Serve as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on HR-related matters and policy compliance.
- Employee Support – Provide guidance on HR processes not handled by the HR Operations Hub.
- Manager Enablement – Educate managers on HR responsibilities and the annual HR calendar.
- Wellbeing Initiatives – Drive and implement wellbeing and employee engagement activities across all German locations.
- HR Operations – Support all employee life-cycle processes, including onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding in cooperation with the HR Operations Hub.
- Labour Law Expertise – Advise on German labour law and review legal HR documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Payroll Coordination – Support the accurate and timely communication of payroll data and support audits if and when required.
- Reporting & HRIS – Approve changes in the HR system and support monthly headcount and ad hoc report activities.
- Policy Implementation – Support the rollout of HR policies and procedures in line with business needs.
- HR Projects – Contribute to initiatives like time & attendance systems, employee activities, and change management.
- Education & Background – Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience – Proven HR expertise with several years of experience, ideally gained in an international, fast-paced environment.
- Labour Law Knowledge – Strong understanding of German labour law and administrative HR processes.
- Systems & Tools – Confident user of MS Office and ideally experience with Workday or another HRIS system.
- Project Experience – exposure to international HR projects, with the ability to work across borders and cultures.
- Agile Mindset – Comfortable operating in a dynamic, agile, and continuously evolving business environment.
- Collaboration Skills – Excellent team player, thriving in matrix structures and cross-functional settings.
- Language Skills – Fluent in German and very good knowledge in English; additional European languages are a plus.
