We are seeking an experienced hands on Leader to support our AI programmatic approach and our portfolio management across global departments. This pivotal role will drive the structured identification, evaluation, and execution of AI use cases, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical feasibility, and stakeholder expectations. Fostering a clear mission: Generate business value from AI and data across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management of AI Use Cases: Build and manage a dynamic portfolio of AI use cases. Jointly evaluate feasibility, business value, and strategic fit with internal Stakeholder. Ensure transparency and alignment across functions.
- Business Value Assessment: Assess and articulate the business value of AI use cases. Identify high-impact opportunities and avoid low-value or speculative efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds—technical, business, finance, compliance—to align interests, communicate clearly, and foster shared ownership of AI initiatives.
- Strategic Roadmapping & Prioritization: Develop and maintain a roadmap for AI initiatives. Balance innovation with compliance, risk, and resource constraints to maximize impact.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Act as a central point of contact for AI-related topics. Translate complex AI concepts into clear, compelling narratives for varied audiences. Facilitate consensus and decision-making.
- AI Governance & Policy Integration: Collaborate with digital governance teams to ensure AI initiatives comply with internal policies and external regulations. Support policy definition and continuous improvement.
- Continuous Improvement & Thought Leadership: Promote a culture of learning and iteration. Stay abreast of AI trends and technologies, and bring forward innovative ideas that are both visionary and executable.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the portfolio. Report progress, insights, and outcomes to stakeholders, using data to refine the governance strategy as necessary.
- Lead a small team of data/AI and business/process experts directly and drive / orchestrate a larger group of contributors functionally
- Education and Experience
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years in top-tier strategy consulting, digital transformation, AI program management, or portfolio governance.
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional programs and driving strategic initiatives.
- Strong judgment in evaluating feasibility and value of digital/AI initiatives
- Skills:
- Strong conceptual and strategic thinking
- Solid understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
- Skilled in program/project management and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, and collaboration platforms like JIRA and Confluence or Azure DevOps.
- Strong leadership skills and proven track record of leading directly and indirectly across countries and functions
- Soft Skills:
- Team player with a “can-do” attitude
- Excellent communicator, able to bridge technical and business perspectives. Highly collaborative with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to shifting requirements.
- Strong decision-making abilities, with an emphasis on stakeholder alignment and strategic vision.
- Language:
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages, such as German is beneficial.
