- You will develop and lead the global strategy, vision, and roadmap for Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, with a strong focus on strategic and innovative approaches to attracting top talent.
- By establishing and leading a global recruiting and employer branding community, you will foster collaboration and ensure the alignment of best practices worldwide.
- In this role, you will design and implement a governance framework for global processes, policies, and guidelines - encompassing all standards in talent acquisition.
- You will analyze and monitor global KPIs to continuously enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and outcomes of talent acquisition processes together with regional experts.
- With a keen eye on future trends, you will adapt strategies to align with dynamic market conditions and evolving business needs.
- You will own global design responsibility for the SuccessFactors Global Recruiting and Onboarding Module, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and global best practices.
- You will manage and allocate global budgets related to talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a comparable field of study
- You bring more than five years of proven experience as a leader or global specialist in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Employer Branding, preferably in an international matrix organization
- You demonstrate strong expertise in developing global people strategies, optimizing talent acquisition processes, and establishing harmonized governance frameworks
- Your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills enable you to collaborate effectively across cultural and hierarchical boundaries
- As a strategic partner, you stand out with your entrepreneurial mindset, innovative thinking, and ability to build and maintain successful global networks
- You are a hands-on, pragmatic leader who strives for excellence in performance and the delivery of best-in-class services, all while keeping a strong customer-focused perspective
