Technical Installations Supervisor (w/m/d)

As a Technical Installation Supervisor (w/m/d) at the Installation and Service Department, you will partner with Project Managers, Commissioners, and Customers to install or maintain our self-made equipment. In this role, you will report to the Manager of Installation & Service. This role requires up to 90 % of travel.
You Will Make an Impact By
- Work Organization: Organize work processes within your own area of responsibility to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Task Management: Independently process area-specific tasks, taking initiative to resolve issues and achieve objectives.
- Safety Leadership: Act as a Safety Responsible Leader (SLR), ensuring all activities comply with safety standards and promoting a culture of safety within the team.
- Technical Assembly and Commissioning: Professionally assemble, test, and commission prefabricated system components, ensuring adherence to deadlines and cost specifications.
- Documentation: Accept and review the assembly folder for completeness, liaising with the project manager to acquire any missing documents.
- Team Leadership: Provide instruction, guidance, and leadership to external or provided personnel, ensuring tasks are completed to MKS - Atotech's standards.
- Quality Assurance: Correct errors in consultation with the responsible project manager or designer, and provide feedback on corrective/improvement measures. Commitment to compliance with quality standards and environmental protection.
- Qualifications: Technical vocational training or an equivalent qualification is a must. A strong educational background that supports the technical and managerial aspects of the role.
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the duties and responsibilities tied to the job.
- Language Skills: Very good command of both spoken and written English is essential for effective communication.
- Travel: The role requires a readiness to embrace international travel, amounting to up to 90% of the annual total time. This is pivotal for fulfilling global responsibilities and ensuring the success of projects worldwide.
- Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Awareness: Must comply with all HSE rules and regulations set by MKS - Atotech as well as those of customers.
- Personal Attributes: Reliability, a careful and conscientious working style, commitment, and the ability to work effectively within a team. A strong sense of responsibility towards costs and quality.
Preferred Skills
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge in Copper Plater assembly and maintenance.
- Software Skills: Proficient user knowledge of software tools used within the area of responsibility, including project management and technical diagnostic tools as well as proficiency in the usage of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) for documentation, reporting, and presentation purposes.
