  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
  • Manage, coordinate & execute marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Oversee brand management and ensure consistent communication across all marketing materials
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up to date with new marketing tools, technologies, and best practices


  • Expertise with CRM and marketing automation tools, especially HubSpot, including campaign automation, lead scoring, and analytics.
  • Proficiency with Webflow for content management and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels & content marketing
  • Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English and in German
  • Preferred: work experience at a start-up or in the start-up ecosystem
