IAM Engineer (m/f/d) Information Technology Innsbruck, Austria Professionals Full-Time 38.5h Permanent Apply Now Your Tasks Operate and further develop our IAM landscape (Azure AD / Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, PAM), including the integration of cloud and SaaS applications into our IAM environment Implement and automate identity lifecycle processes (joiner/mover/leaver, RBAC, least privilege) Support audits, compliance assessments, and security reviews (ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR) Troubleshoot identity-related incidents and support end-users with access topics Support broader Cybersecurity initiatives when needed (e.g. incident response, reviews, or cross-team projects) Your Profile Several years of hands-on experience in IAM and identity security Strong knowledge of identity protocols and standards (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Kerberos, LDAP) Scripting skills (e.g. PowerShell, Python) for automation and integration Understanding of compliance requirements and IT security frameworks Independent, structured, and security-focused way of working, paired with strong communication skills in English; German is a plus Your Benefits Central Location Employee Discounts Flexible Hours Onboarding Further Training Workplace Well-Being Central Location Employee Discounts Flexible Hours Onboarding Further Training Workplace Well-Being Further information Minimum Salary Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 46,781.00.
