Ecovacs Europe Senior GTM position will be responsible for developing and executing strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans for our home robotics products across European markets. This role requires at least 5 years of proven work experience in Europe, with strong GTM expertise and a solid background in product marketing or product lifecycle management.
The ideal candidate will have excellent product presentation skills, a deep understanding of the European market landscape, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both global and regional teams to drive successful product launches and sustainable business growth.
- Develop and implement GTM strategies for European markets, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
- Lead end-to-end product launches, including planning, budgeting, execution, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with headquarters and European teams—including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain—to ensure seamless launch execution.
- Define localized product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools.
- Analyse market dynamics and competitive insights to support executive decisions and continuous optimization.
- Bachelor's degree or above; overseas work experience preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Europe in GTM, R&D, or product marketing; experience in consumer electronics or home robotics is highly desirable.
- Solution-driven and results-oriented mindset, with proven ability to deliver in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong market insights, excellent product presentation, project management, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to interpret market data and consumer insights into actionable strategies; proficiency in Excel for data processing.
- Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in German, French, or Italian is a strong plus.
- International outlook with willingness to live and work in Europe, and flexibility to travel as required.
- Valid German or European driver's license preferred.
