- Identify high impact commercial and operational areas to be transitioned to GSC.
- Define the transition vision, mission, and objectives for the addressed business domain(s)
- Assess financial impact and create business cases for process migration and internalization
- Engage effectively with Key Stakeholders
- Work closely with local and global management teams to align and drive transition goals.
- Design and execute change management, communication, and transition management plans.
- Identify and drive process efficiency initiatives to deliver on the efficiency KPIs.
- Ensure service delivery excellence and establish global best practices
- Create and implement continuous improvement frameworks and KPI reporting.
- Ensure internal skills and team development in respective areas.
- Completed university degree in economics and 10 years + leadership experiences in international environment
- Experience in leading global transformations and change-management and solid experience in offshoring operations
- Commercial expertise and financial acumen
- Strategic and holistic thinking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills towards senior leadership and executive level
- Strong Customer and service orientation
- Strong understanding of METROs strategy, operating model, and business domains
