Your Mission.
We are looking for a Sales – Business Development employee to drive our growth. If you love the chase, can turn a cold call into a warm conversation, and are motivated by daily progress, this is the right job for you.
- You will carry out targeted outbound measures: researching potential customers, developing buyer personas, and finding the right hooks for your approach.
- You will qualify leads using frameworks (e.g., BANTT) and arrange clear discovery calls.
- You will respond quickly to inbound leads and immediately show them added value.
- You will keep our CRM up to date and document your pipeline notes clearly and actionably.
- You will accompany the entire sales cycle in the SMB sector—from initial contact to contract signing—and then smoothly hand over customers to the Customer Success Team.
- 1–3 years of experience as an SDR or in inside sales, ideally in the B2B SaaS or tech environment
- Resilient and persistent—even in an environment with high outbound volume
- Strong communication skills—on the phone, via email, and on LinkedIn
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet (or exceed) activity KPIs
- Confident use of CRM systems, modern sales automation tools, and AI tools
- Very good German and English skills
