You support our team as
GEN AI Architect (f/m/d)
- Define and maintain reference architectures and GenAI blueprints for scalable, secure, and compliant AI systems.
- Align GenAI initiatives with business goals, regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act), and emerging technology trends.
- Design solutions that integrate GenAI with legacy systems (e.g., MES, ERP), ensuring interoperability and business continuity.
- Understand AI governance policies covering data privacy, security, and ethical use.
- Partner with project managers, data scientists, and IT architects to ensure architectural consistency and strategic alignment.
- Present architectural insights and investment recommendations to senior leadership.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- Ideally 5 years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with a proven track record of designing and deploying enterprise-scale GenAI systems.
- Proven experience designing GenAI solutions in production environments.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain, HuggingFace) and vector databases.
- Strong grasp of architectural principles, scalability, and lifecycle management.
- Experience with AI technology road mapping.
- Background in manufacturing or industrial systems integration.
- Not focused on model training — this is an architecture role.
- Strong communication skills.
