Advanced Solutions is the digital business pillar of JSP Group, focused on Industry 4.0 applications for particle foam moulding and manufacturing. We develop and sell digital solutions that enhance efficiency, minimise scrap, and reduce the carbon footprint of production. We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across Europe. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers in EPP, EPS and injection moulding markets and bringing our digital solutions to early adopters. You will work closely with the Marketing, Product Design, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial contact to successful implementation.

Location: Europe – ideally Germany
- Drive new customer acquisition in target markets across Europe.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, pitching, and closing.
- Communicate effectively with both management decision-makers and shop-floor production teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Design, and Customer Success teams to align messaging, share customer feedback, and ensure smooth handovers.
- Build strong relationships with pioneers and early adopters, positioning Advanced Solutions as a trusted digital partner.
- (Optional/nice-to-have) Support broader business development activities: identifying new market segments, creating partnerships, and contributing to go-to-market strategies.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in manufacturing, industrial technology, or digital platforms.
- Proven track record of acquiring and developing new business.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both executives and technical teams.
- Fluent in English and German; additional European language is an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.

- A solid understanding of handling confidential information and strong awareness of data protection and information security requirements.
