We're hiring a full-time, permanent Marketing Coordinator (AdHoc) in Mannheim, starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Support: Contribute to the creation of brand and product marketing materials across channels including POS, DTC, and trade shows.
- Design & Adaptation: Create and adapt marketing assets using Adobe Photoshop or comparable tools such as Canva or Illustrator for presentations, POS, digital, and more
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with local marketing, sales, and digital teams to implement 360° marketing campaigns and guide local adaptations
- Asset Management & Brand Governance: Maintain the global asset library (Salsify) and ensure all materials align with AdHoc's brand identity, updating guidelines and documents as needed.
- Project & Agency Coordination – Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to track timelines, gather feedback, and ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns
- Market & Consumer Insights – Assist with market and competitor research to help inform brand positioning and improvements to the go-to-market strategy
Required:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Confident user of MS Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate level or above).
- Collaborative team player with a mature attitude and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Enjoys working in a small, supportive team with limited resources and is willing to take a practical, hands-on approach to get things done.
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
Additional requirements:
- Proactive team player with a can-do attitude, eager to develop professionally in marketing
- 1–2 years of marketing experience, ideally in consumer goods or a related industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or an equivalent professional qualification (e.g., completed marketing apprenticeship).
- Responsible tasks with plenty of creative freedom and recognition of your achievements
