Business Support & Quality Assurance Officer Mortgages (m/f/d)


  • Manage risks within the mortgage department: continuously identify, measure, document and monitor risks relevant to the Mortgage department
  • Accurate completion of requests for information: take responsibility for the correct and timely completion of requests
  • Contribute to the continuous achievement of our quality standards: proactively contribute to the improvement of our processes, procedures and/or policies
  • Improve our performance: help the team learning from successes, failures and feedback by providing suggestions for improvement
  • Oversight of Mortgage Processes: Together, with the Process Manager, you assist in the documentation, validation, monitoring, and annual review of mortgage-related processes
  • Planning and coordination of testing and inspection of products and processes: contribute to successful execution of internal and external audits
  • Quality assurance on approved mortgage applications: Take sample checks to ensure that the product and service that Lloyds Bank provides is fit for purpose, consistent and meets both external and internal requirements

  • You have proven knowledge of and experien ce in the German mortgages industry and the processes, laws, and regulations involved
  • You speak fluent German and English, both orally and in writing
  • You are a strong analyst who enjoys getting to grips with complex issues in a highly regulated environment
  • You are extremely detailed and organised in your work
  • You can report complex information in a clear and structured way.

  • You are strong in establishing and maintaining business relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
