About the role
As a Senior Accounting Consultant you will improve our financial processes at Chroma Germany GmbH. You will support the management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting. You will also prepare timely annual financial statements, ensure compliance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), and assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Here you will find an overview of your tasks:
Important tasks:
• Support for accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger accounting.
• Preparation of timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements while ensuring accuracy and compliance with the German Commercial Code (HGB).
• Support in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts and reporting of deviations.
• Support long-term financial planning and strategy development to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Ensuring compliance with internal and external audit processes and coordinating with auditors as needed.
• Management of the audit process
• Collaboration on various financial projects, including data analysis, tax strategies, internal controls, research and timely reporting
• Play a key role in the implementation of ERP MyFactory for accounting and reporting.
• Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
Was Sie ins Team einbringen können:
• Bachelor-Abschluss in Buchhaltung, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich; Zusatzqualifikationen als Steuerfachangestellter oder Bilanzbuchhalter sind von Vorteil.
• 4-6 Jahre Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung.
• Gute Kenntnisse des HGB und ausgezeichnete analytische und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.
• Kenntnisse in Buchhaltungssoftware und Bereitschaft, die Implementierung von MyFactory zu unterstützen.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Fortgeschrittene MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, Word, Outlook) und Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (Exact, Datev oder ähnliche).
• Fähigkeit, mit anderen Teams zusammenzuarbeiten.
