As Team Lead Cloud Infrastructure & Transformation you will balance people development with technical strategy, acting as both leader and strategic architect and actively shape the future of our internal IT ecosystem.

  • You will lead and develop a global cloud and infrastructure team of approx. 5 people, aligning our core leadership values with our cloud-vision.
  • You will provide technical and architectural leadership, shaping our cloud and collaboration strategy with a focus on scalability, security, and innovation.
  • You will engage in regular exchanges with senior stakeholders on both strategic and technical levels, addressing complex challenges and driving sustainable solutions.
  • You will ensure operational excellence of Azure-ecosystem, consistently meeting SLAs and enabling business productivity.
  • You will drive the migration of legacy workloads into the cloud and modernize our global infrastructure environment.
  • You will champion Infrastructure as Code, DevOps adoption, and automation, building reusable templates and contributing to CI/CD pipelines.
  • You will collaborate with IT Security, Network, Applications, and project teams to deliver reliable, cloud-first solutions in compliance with governance standards.
  • You will oversee Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate), defining governance policies and supporting adoption across the enterprise.
  • You will evaluate and introduce new Azure and Microsoft AI technologies to enhance automation, monitoring, and user productivity.

  • You have at least 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and at least 3–5 years leading cloud or hybrid teams.
  • You bring hands-on expertise with Azure services (compute, networking, storage, governance), Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate), and Identity & Access Management (Entra ID).
  • You are proficient with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Bicep) and automation through scripting (Python, PowerShell, CI/CD tools, Power Automate).
  • You have a proven track record in on-prem to Azure migrations, cloud modernization (governance, automation, DevOps), and in global environment management.
  • You are an excellent leader with the ability to mentor, inspire, and transform specialists into a high-performing team.
  • You balance visionary thinking with pragmatic technical oversight, making data-driven decisions.
  • You are proactive, collaborative, and thrive on shaping transformation.
  • You are business proficient in English to effectively communicate with international teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer Expert are a plus.
