Our Team Retail BeNeLux Collections is looking for a new team member.

Your tasks will be:
- Manage an assigned retail customer portfolio and ensure effective contact strategies
- Reach out to delinquent customers using telephone and email; negotiate payment solutions while adhereing to regulatory requirements
- Apply conversation skills and make use of internal tools to identify & understand causes of arrears and assist towards possible solutions
- Research both online and through the internal optical archive to find contact numbers and email addresses of clients that cannot be reached
- Adapt communication strategies to cope with different customer attitudes
- Improve persuasion techniques through peer feedback and training
- Cooperate with colleagues in Brussels, Luxembourg and Utrecht
- Provide support to external collection partners in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands
What you bring to the table:
- Degree in Laws, Business Administration, Economics/Finance or a related field
- Strong professional experience in Customer Service
- Experience in customer services
- Knowledge of Collections will be considered as a plus
- Native speaker level in Language Dutch
- Proficiency in English
- Expert level in MS-Office (esp. Excel)
