Your Role
As a Product & Application Development Technologist - Beverages, you will take care of the development and delivery of innovative and creative beverage solutions (e.g. compounds, syrups, emulsions, final beverages). You'll manage customer and proactive projects end-to-end ensuring compliance, cost-efficiency, performance, and documentation, while collaborating with cross-functional and international teams. You'll also support key accounts with technical expertise and product development, conduct stability testing, resolve complaints, and share best practices through workshops and presentations.
- Generate highly profitable new business & protect existing business
- Deliver projects on time and in line with B2C, regulatory, and customer requirements
- Coordinate & successfully execute product development and develop cost-effective beverage formulations
- Develop outstanding relations with key account customers
- Maintain full project transparency and documentation
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and environmental standards
- Support strategic growth through high-quality, profitable beverage solutions
- Drive innovation and respond to customer project needs

About You
- Degree in Food Science/Technology or Beverage Technology
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a B2B beverage ingredient company or B2C drinks manufacturer.
- Proven expertise in beverage application, compound and emulsion development.
- Strong project management and technical communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the international beverage market.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP; strong presentation skills.
- Fluent in German and English; intercultural competence is essential.
- Willingness to travel for customer engagement and relationship building.
- Independent, proactive, and collaborative team player.
