Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) Business Unit Egg & Poultry


  • Responsibility for all sales-related activities of the Egg & Poultry Business Unit in Australia, including the development and execution of growth strategies to drive long-term, profitable market expansion
  • Ongoing analysis of market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adapt the sales approach accordingly
  • Management of the annual sales budget, covering volume, margin, and market share targets, along with regular reporting to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaboration with the Director Sales – BU Egg Asia to define market-specific sales strategies and pricing policies tailored to local conditions
  • Maintenance and optimization of the CRM system, strengthening of key customer relationships, and handling of complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Development and management of a high-performing agent and partner network to increase market presence and reach
  • Provision of technical and commercial advice on products, farm design, and layout solutions aligned with customer needs and competitive cost structures
  • Participation in trade shows and contribution to marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and support business development

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Animal production or any other equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in investment goods with relevant experience as a Sales Manager with P&L responsibilities. Preferably with background in cage-free system.
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
