For our site Diehl Aviation in Laupheim we are looking for a:
Head of Stress and Weight Simulation (m/f/d)
- Disciplinary leadership of a team of approximately 13 employees
- Managing work packages with strategic service providers, including KPI monitoring
- Acting as an interface between other departments and customers regarding topics related to structural analysis and weight
- Ensuring target achievement in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality
- Personnel and team development, including recruiting, training, and career planning
- Completed technical degree (e.g., aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or civil engineering)
- Several years of leadership experience in a technically oriented environment
- In-depth knowledge of structural mechanics, FEM analysis, and weight simulation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with strategic thinking
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
