To strengthen our team in Winnenden (Stuttgart Area) as soon as possible, we are looking for a dedicated

Head of Supply Planning (f/m/d)


  • Lead a team of 19 supply planners (f-m-d) across Europe, including 2 managers (f-m-d)
  • Improve efficiency in the process to identify under/over sellers to trigger adjustments to the purchasing plan promptly
  • Lead communication with the manufacturing facilities to expedite/de-expedite based on sales and forecast development
  • Drive monthly supply planning activities to fulfill the needs of the planning cycles
  • Build reliable purchasing plans and inventory projection
  • Develop efficiency programs to continuously improve quality and execution speed within the supply department
  • Provide all stakeholders (f-m-d) with clear visibility of product availability and oversee inbound planning
  • Drive product life cycle management

  • Extensive experience in senior roles within S&OP departments
  • Excellent understanding of inventory management and service levels across the Pan-European region
  • Strong expertise in advanced MRP and DRP applications at both Pan-European and Global levels
  • Willingness to travel as required by business needs, typically between 4 and 8 days per month
  • Excellent command of English, spoken and written
