Starting: asap (2-year contract)
Working Hours: 20 hours per week (50% FTE), with potential to grow quickly into full-time**
Salary Placement: In-house collective agreement
- Manage the school website and internal portals, ensuring optimal structure, SEO, content, design and functionality
- Collaborate with the BIS ICT Office to maintain technical functionality and connectivity
- Serve as the primary contact for the CMS provider
- Train website and portal users on content management best practices and manages system access.
- Develop and implements targeted digital advertising initiatives (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to drive engagement and enrollment
- Monitor, interpret, and report on analytics via monthly dashboard (Google Analytics and other relevant tools) to guide decision-making and enhance the school's digital strategy
- Conduct competitive analysis by tracking the digital presence of peer institutions and industry trends
- Develop engaging content and design for digital platforms, ensuring consistency with the school's brand identity
- Support marketing initiatives with graphic design, digital materials and other visual assets
- Work collaboratively to align messaging across all external-facing digital channels
- University degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Graphic Design or equivalent of digital design experience
- Basic website management skills
- SEO and Google Analytics experience
- Tech-savvy
- High-level oral and written skills in English, proficiency in German preferred
