- Plan, launch, and optimize high-converting campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) for B2B lead generation and build upon our existing ad campaigns
- Assist with tailored landing pages and campaign structures for logistics, warehousing, and material handling segments. WordPress and basic web design experience is a plus.
- Improve campaign performance through A/B testing, conversion tracking, and strategic budget allocation.
- Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable performance reports.
- Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEA for industrial B2B markets.
- Proven experience running performance-focused SEA campaigns in a B2B context.
- Deep understanding of funnel marketing, retargeting, and conversion optimisation strategies.
- Comfortable using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and analytics/tracking tools.
- Excellent English communication skills; German or additional languages are a plus.
- Analytical, hands-on, and proactive with a results-oriented mindset.
- Background or interest in logistics, forklifts, or industrial tech is a significant advantage.
- SEO experience is also a significant advantage.
