We are looking for a
Sales Marketing Manager (m/f/d) in Singapore

- Initially based on a two-year fixed contract

- Support the Head of APAC in growing the Bundesliga's brand relevance, reach, and commercial success across the Asia Pacific region
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships with media, content, and commercial partners to drive visibility and revenue
- Plan and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns (earned, paid, owned) aligned with global strategies, including B2B and B2C initiatives
- Lead organization of regional events such as fan activations, club tours, and sponsorship engagements, ensuring smooth on-ground execution
- Manage relationships with broadcasters and media partners, supporting sales, licensing, and collaborative marketing efforts
- Oversee operations, budget management, and performance reporting while acting as a key liaison between the APAC office and Bundesliga HQ
- Minimum qualification A-level/ Diploma but bachelor's degree in business, marketing or equivalent preferred
- 3-7 years of experience in the Asia Pacific sports, media and/or marketing industry, preferably in sales or business development
- Strong expertise in football, media, and marketing, with solid knowledge of German and international professional football, proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with design tools like Photoshop is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and ideally additional language skills (especially German or local languages), capable of navigating intercultural environments and managing diverse stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask under pressure, work independently or in teams, and maintain a customer-centric, solution-oriented approach
- Proactive and motivated mindset, showing creativity, responsibility, situational awareness, and a willingness to travel and adapt to new trends in media, marketing, and technology
