Your Tasks:

  • Lead Strategic HR Initiatives Globally: Manage and execute global HR projects focused on digitalization, performance management, learning & development and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational realities across international locations.
  • Develop and Scale HR Programs: Design and implement scalable HR concepts and programs that are adaptable to diverse cultural and operational contexts, supporting consistent employee experiences worldwide.
  • Drive Change and Transformation: Lead change management efforts to support the rollout of global HR initiatives, fostering stakeholder buy-in and ensuring smooth integration with local HR teams and plant operations.
  • Enable Data-Driven HR Decisions: Improve data quality and reporting capabilities by developing dashboards and analytics tools, translating insights into actionable measures and overseeing their implementation in manufacturing environments.
  • Collaborate Across Stakeholders: Work closely with global and local HR teams, business leaders, and external partners to ensure cohesive execution and continuous alignment of HR strategies.
  • Promote Agile and Innovative Work Culture: Introduce agile ways of working within HR and champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization

  • Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in leading international HR projects on a global scale.
  • Skills: Strong in project management, knowledge of HR tools such as Cornerstone & HRIS systems as well as data analytics (e.g., Power BI), and agile methodologies.
  • Competencies: Strategic, execution-focused, culturally sensitive, and effective in stakeholder collaboration.
  • Personality: Empathetic, resilient, innovation-driven, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; German preferred; additional languages are an asset.
