- At least three years' proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales management.
- Excellent German and English communication skills
- Analytical, commercially driven, and able to balance team leadership with strong customer engagement.
- Deep understanding of regional markets and established network in the field.
- Passion for hospitality, outstanding communication, and people management skills.
€80k - 88k per year + 15% bonus + car .
