- Leadership of strategic programs within Global Customer Care & Experience
- Development of program roadmaps, timelines, and governance structures
- Coordination of multiple projects and cross-functional teams
- Stakeholder management and facilitation of global alignment
- Monitoring of risks, issues, and dependencies
- Definition and tracking of KPIs and benefits realization
- Preparation of status reports and steering committee updates
- Support of change management and global adoption of solutions
- University degree in Business Administration, Project/Program Management, Information Systems, or related field
- Several years of experience in program or project management, preferably in customer care / experience
- Proven track record in managing global, cross-functional programs
- Strong skills in governance, risk management, program reporting, and stakeholder management
- Experience with program management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work across different cultures and global environments
