- Define, propose, and align the Own Brands assortment for domestic appliances and audio produtcs with country category teams in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Hungary, ensuring local market relevance
- Present new products, promotions, and assortment changes to country teams, and oversee their implementation in local assortments
- Monitor article sales performance and price positioning, taking corrective actions to optimize results
- Provide and update assortment information for demand planning; regularly review and adjust demand and order plans for assigned categories and countries
- Analyze market trends, assess market dynamics using key performance indicators, and evaluate competitor activities to develop actionable plans
- Identify growth opportunities and assortment gaps to expand Own Brands' market share, collaborating closely with country teams and Imtron Product Management
- Implement and manage local license fee and distribution models for assigned categories
- Organize, coordinate, and follow up on category and country workshops in close collaboration with Imtron Product Management and local teams; represent Own Brands in internal and external meetings and events
- Support the setup and rollout of international, category-focused projects within assigned countries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across countries
- Degree in economics, business administration, or a related field
- Few years of professional experience in category management, product management, or key account management, ideally within the retail or consumer electronics sector; experience with private labels is a plus
- Experience in White Goods (small and/or major domestic appliances) or Audio Products industry
- Strong business acumen with in-depth knowledge of marketing and sales operations and processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at both strategic and operational levels
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Effective team player with outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, combined with a hands-on approach
- International work experience is an advantage
