Created and wholly owned by the Renault Group, RCI Banque S.A. is a French bank specialising in automotive financing and services for the customers and dealership networks of the Renault Group (Renault, Dacia, Alpine, Renault Samsung Motors, and Lada) worldwide.

Since August 2022, Mobilize Financial Services has been the new brand name of RCI Banque S.A. in Germany, previously known as RCI Bank and Services Germany.
Mobilize Financial Services Germany employs around 400 people and offers a wide range of financing and insurance products, as well as services for end customers, corporate clients, and the distribution networks of our brands. Additionally, it provides instant-access savings and fixed-term deposit accounts for private customers in Germany under the brand name “Renault Bank direkt.”

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Auditor (m/f/d) to join us at Mobilize Financial Services in Neuss to work on audit assignments for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Internal Audit is an independent and objective activity designed to bring insurance to an organization on its level in managing operations, to provide advice to improve them and contributes to create added value. It helps an organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.

The Internal Audit of Mobilize Financial Services reports to the Group CEO and to the Group Audit Committee. The Internal Audit Function is organized with one team of internal auditors based in countries and at corporate level.

As an Internal Auditor in our organisation, you will ensure that governance, risk management, and internal controls are functioning effectively.
This position offers an exciting opportunity in a dynamic environment, as the internal audit function is being strengthened across the Group.

You will report directly to the Chief Audit Executive of Mobilize Financial Services at the Corporate HQ in Paris, and legally to the Managing Director of Mobilize Financial Services Germany in Neuss.

The wide and diversified scope of intervention will allow you to well understand the functioning of Mobilize Financial Services and represents one of the undeniable assets of the position. This position is evolving in a dynamic environment where the internal audit function is strengthening through the group. After a successful experience in internal audit, you will be able to move to other functions in Germany or abroad.

Internal Auditor (m/f/d)


  • Identify and assess operational, financial, and regulatory risks
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls across all business areas
  • Execute audit plans tailored to the local DACH organisation
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential threats to the organisation
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Compile findings into clear, actionable reports for senior management and the board of directors, and communicate risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in a constructive manner
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal audit matters related to the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), and coordinate with various stakeholders

  • University degree in Finance, Audit or Accounting
  • Initial professional experience in internal auditing within a bank or in external auditing in the banking sector
  • A resolute yet friendly and diplomatic approach
  • Additional key competencies include autonomy, an investigative and critical mindset, strong analytical and synthesis skills, dynamism, and the ability to work in an intercultural team environment
  • Willingness to travel to our HQ in Paris and to our branches in Austria and Switzerland
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and German is essential
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CRMA, CPA, ACCA or other) highly welcomed
