We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Working Student Supply Chain Management (all genders) to join our growing Supply Chain team. In this role, you'll support the team with reporting, analysis, and operational tasks. - Assist the Supply Chain Management team with operational and analytical tasks.
- Monitor inbound priorities, following up on orders and supporting warehouse communication.
- Prepare reports on stock-outs, unhealthy stock, and replenishment demand.
- Generate reports for supplier meetings and document workflows while updating order projections.
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field and available for 1 year+
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbally; proficiency in English is required, German is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, SQL and Tableau are a plus.
- Full Transparency: For this role, we offer you a fixed hourly salary between 14€ and 16€. The salary you can expect will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process and the progress of your studies.
