Junior Controller (m/w/d) Europe

Your Responsibilities with Us
- Monthly reporting to the Group, taking into account different accounting systems
- Assistance in preparing monthly and annual financial statements
- Preparation of deviation analyses (actuals vs. budget, year-over-year) and ad hoc analyses
- Derivation of necessary measures to safeguard targeted earnings levels
- Responsible for carrying out forecasting and budgeting processes
- Regular cash management (incl. analysis of accounts receivables)
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Few years of professional experience in financial controlling or financial transaction services is mandatory
- Experience with handling inhomogeneous data structures is a plus
- German and English proficiency (spoken and written); French is a plus
- Independent, structured, and result-oriented work approach
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a high affinity for numbers
- Excellent communication skills, social competence, and assertiveness
- Enjoyment in both operational and strategic tasks
