- You support new partners with onboarding and provide guidance in the area of traffic monetization and aftercare
- You build and nurture strong relationships with our existing partner base
- You analyze key performance figures on partner benefits and satisfaction, such as sales and click rates
- You act as the first point of contact for cross-departmental partner issues, coordinating internal projects to resolve them efficiently
- You represent our company at trade fairs and networking events, both nationally and internationally
- You have initial professional experience in affiliate/online marketing, sales, and/or customer care
- You possess a structured, organized, and hands-on mentality
- You demonstrate empathy and a deep understanding of customer needs to provide them with the best possible support
- You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
