Join our IT Infrastructure Services Division in München (Germany) at the earliest possible date.- Assist in documenting and updating platform maintenance and security concepts
- Monitor service KPIs and availability metrics; support incident management and documentation
- Aid in change management processes, including drafting requests and communications
- Prepare service reviews and analyze recurring issues with guidance
Create and update technical documentation and standard operating procedures SOPs
- Support end-user documentation development with TSO and BSO collaboration
- Initiate user communication regarding new orders or returns of leased devices
- Create ServiceNow requests for tracking devices and enter orders in SAP
- Coordinate with local IT contacts on devices nearing lease end and provide order assistance
- Enrolled student in computer science, electrical engineering or comparable field of studies
- good and proactive way of communicating
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders on device status and necessary actions
- Use advanced Excel skills for service reporting, KPI tracking, and cost analysis
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
