Welcome to the IT Security team at Fresenius Digital Technology! We are responsible for the implementation, management and operation of programs, projects and services for a wide range of different security capabilities in various business segments within the Fresenius Group.

Ideally starting in January 2026, we are seeking a reliable and highly motivated assistant (m/f/d) to our Vice President IT Security / Corporate CISO. You will be responsible for anticipating needs, proactively managing tasks and handling spontaneous challenges to ensure smooth operations and effective communication at all levels.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the function, employees, and external stakeholders, acting as a filter to manage the flow of information.
  • Assist in the preparation and dissemination of internal communications, such as all-hands meetings and regular newsletters, working closely with the PMOs.
  • Coordinate, organize, and support internal and external meetings, workshops, and events, both locally and globally. This includes logistical arrangements, material preparation, and follow-up actions.
  • Take on special projects as needed, providing data for reporting purposes, and assisting with monthly and annual financial forecasting.
  • Manage the calendar, prioritize and coordinate meetings, handle email correspondence, and organize tasks efficiently to keep focused on strategic priorities.
  • Oversee administrative processes, including procurement tasks, onboarding/offboarding processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Be ready to tackle unexpected tasks that arise, ensuring the team and the organization run smoothly.

  • A completed vocational training with commercial focus or a comparable qualification.
  • At least three years of professional experience in an international and complex environment.
  • High IT affinity and interest in new tools as well as very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to create, update, and format documents with ease.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach – you recognize what needs to be done and act independently.
  • Strong organizational skills, complemented by a high standard of diligence, reliability, and discretion.
  • Impressive interpersonal skills, professionalism, and communication skills at all levels – both in dealing with internal stakeholders (such as the board, managers, or employees) and with external partners.
  • Fluent language skills in German and English.
