Custom-made consulting services that are close to the client and their challenges - This was the vision of three consultants who wanted to provide their clients with fast, efficient and high-quality solutions for accounting, controlling and IT.

With the goal of not only providing better consulting but also being actively involved, we founded Finatycs GmbH in 2018. Since then, we and our team have been working in close cooperation with our clients as a trustworthy partner, successfully supporting them in sustainable processes, organizational and workflow optimization measures. We design information structures in such a way that internal and external requirements can be met efficiently and in line with quality standards.


  • Design, configure, and operate SAP systems across ABAP and Java environments
  • Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation and transition projects
  • Plan and execute SAP technology upgrades, migrations, and kernel updates
  • Administer and optimize leading SAP-supported databases (e.g., HANA, Oracle, DB2)
  • Manage SAP Fiori administration and modern authorization concepts
  • Contribute to architecture design and innovation strategies
  • Drive adoption of SAP BTP solutions and manage seamless integration with other SAP modules
  • Support digitalization initiatives including IoT, Industry 4.0, and cloud integration

  • At least 6 years professional experience in SAP Basis administrationacross ABAP and Java stacks
  • Strong knowledge of at least two major SAP databases (HANA, Oracle, DB2,or others)
  • Solid expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and authorization management
  • Experience with SAP HANA system administration, planning, and migration
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) products arenice to have
  • Strong troubleshooting, performance optimization, and system recoveryskills
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and structured management changes
  • Strong relationship building, problem solving, decision making, project management and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation)
  • Very good English and German language skills
  • Ideally based in Germany
