- Leadership and development of groupwide trade-in program, including
- management of external partners and internal stakeholders
- multivendor tech platform
- customer journey
- commercial proposition and pricing corridor
- competitor benchmarking and reporting with team of four and supporting functions (e.g. tech, procurement etc.)
- Development of trade-in, forward trade-in, and green energy business at global level, derivation of global frameworks, and development of business cases and global blueprints
- Support of groupwide circularity strategy development together with head of circularity and strategy team
- Enablement of leadership team data-based decision making regarding trade-in, forward trade-in, and green energy for MMS group
- Setup of assessment frameworks, guidelines, and processes for trade-in, forward trade-in, and green energy
- Freedom to act within framework of company policy to manage the Trade-in, Forward Trade in and Green Energy process
- Monitoring of relevant market dynamics and trends and translation of insights into growth
- Initiation and management of meaningful exchange with countries and third parties
- University degree in Economics, Statistics or similar
- Several years of experience managing global projects, ideally in retail / service environment
- In depths Knowledge of Trade-in & Forward Trade in business; bonus: Knowledge in Green Energy
- Experience in managing international and cross functional operations, leading without reporting line (matrix)
- Strong Project Management skills, ideally in matrix organisations
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for customer centricity and for commercial propositions
- Solid understanding of marked trends and innovations in the area circularity
- High Tech affinity incl genAI
