In this role you will establish, manage, and improve our global LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PORTFOLIO, ensuring that our TRATON managers have access to the necessary learning measures to develop core competencies that are needed to successfully contribute on our company strategy. With your profound knowledge of Leadership Development, you will support our international Talent Management Team and promote cross-brand collaboration within the TRATON GROUP.

* Develop and implement global leadership development programs in close cooperation with the TRATON brands and ensuring continuous improvement and updating of the existing Leadership Development Portfolio
* Lead initiatives that evolve and strengthen our corporate culture in alignment with the values and principles of the TRATON GROUP
* Responsible to coordinate and manage cross-brand projects/workstreams to promote leadership development and alignment with strategic goals
* Create impactful communication strategies that promote the importance of investing in leadership development across the organization
* Responsible for budget planning, vendor communication, roll-out planning, and coordination with the different internal customers, brands, and stakeholders
* Close cooperation and coordination with the respective brand managers and stakeholders as well as with HR Business Partners


* You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Personnel Management/Development, (Business) Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or other relevant field
* Your experience in Leadership/People Development or Organizational Development is a minimum of 7 years
* You show a proven track record in designing and implementing leadership development programs within a complex organizational environment
* You are an open-minded, self-driven, and innovative team player with excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a great interest in international leadership development
* You bring along experience in collaborating within an international and group-wide environment
* You show proficiency in international/cross-functional project management, moderation of workshops (face to face and online), organization (planning, problem solving, implementation), conceptualization of new ideas, and using digital tools
* You are resilient and able to drive projects by motivating and steering relevant stakeholders
* Your existing network within the TRATON GROUP brands and Volkswagen Group as well as experience in working in a matrix structure and cross-brand environment is a plus
* You show excellent English skills (spoken and written); German, Swedish, and/or Portuguese language is a plus but not a must
