You are a strong leader with in-depth knowledge of project portfolio management, medical technology regulations, and interdisciplinary development projects and programs. This makes you a close partner to senior management, head of the global PMO, and direct supervisor of project and program managers.

  • You define and lead the enterprise PMO strategy, structure and implement it with the global PMO team.
  • You will overview the entire life cycle of programs and projects in the areas of product development, sustaining, and infrastructure, and will continuously develop the reporting process.
  • You ensure that modern project and program management methods are used consistently.

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, business administration, or related field (master's degree or MBA preferred).
  • At least 10 years of experience in managing projects/programs, including at least 5 years in a regulated industry such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or medical technology.
  • Proven experience and success in managing interdisciplinary programs or projects in R&D and related fields.
  • Proven skills in global leadership and target-group-oriented communication involving all stakeholders.
  • Experience in change management with a focus on building strong interdepartmental relationships.
  • Willingness to travel: up to approx. 30%.
  • Business fluent English and German skills.
