management of order-to-delivery cycles including expediting, delivery date monitoring, and proactive delay mitigation

ensuring accuracy of material master data and maintaining vendor information in SAP

conducting regular supplier performance reviews and building strong supplier relationships through regular communication

monitoring price variations and supporting forecasting processes

managing invoice discrepancies and ensuring compliance with payment terms

identifying and implementing automation opportunities in the procurement process

developing and maintaining standard operating procedures while participating in value stream mapping and process improvement workshops

You have completed a degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical education

experience in Supply Chain Management or Purchasing and/or demand planning would be beneficial

highly organized, disciplined, and structured individual

team player with excellent communication skills

efficient in managing large amounts of data and frequently updating information

good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office package, especially Microsoft Excel

advanced knowledge in SAP
